Ownership

As of 3 July 2023, the medical business of Malvern Medical Centre located at Unley and Hawthorn will be owned and operated by IPN Medical Centres Pty Ltd (ACN 088 149 893) (“IPN”). To ensure the continuity of patient care your patient records (which contains your personal information) will be transferred to IPN unless you request your patient records to be returned to you or you request your patient records be transferred to a different clinic.
