Contact Tracing

The relevant SA Health Direction requires us to have an approved contact tracing system in place to capture the contact details of everyone who enters our surgery. We have a unique QR code as part of our COVID safe plan. Patients with a smartphone must check in using the mySAGOV app. Patients who do not have a smartphone are required to register with our Receptionists.
