Patient Survey and Feedback

The Royal Australian College of General Practice standards emphasise the importance of patient-centred feedback. Accordingly Malvern Medical Centre periodically conducts patient surveys. The results of the January 2021 survey for our Hawthorn branch and the January 2023 survey of our Unley branch are available at the links below. We are delighted with the overall positive feedback but recognise we can always improve and are striving to do so.
